We are also focused on Private Label for third party brands. We can develop a new concept/product line for your own brand, produce an existing product for our customers (by improving product and cost) or just make one of our standard "turn-key" products with your own brand. We have all the needed tools in-house, such as: European rapier jacquard looms, Warping, Yarn boilers and all type of fabric checking machine and good staff of handle this all machinery to ensure that all needs of our customers are met, as well as tested technically and by consumers to achieve the best possible result.
STEP 1 - DEVELOPMENT
We will discuss and agree on all details of the product/s such as: yarn, warp colour, width and meters requirements (spot cargo or contract for a time frame). After every detail is agreed we move forward with the order and sourcing of all components.
STEP 2 - PRODUCTION
After receiving all components (raw materials) we start production. Our facilities: Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) Customized Assembly Capabilities Quality Assurance, Analytical, In-House Micro testing by high qualified staff.
STEP 3 - QUALITY CHECK
After production of fabrics, sarees, suits and dupatta we can check the quality of it by fabric inspection machines and manually too. If by chance our staff can find any kind of issue so we can side that goods. our quality result 99% perfect all time.
STEP 4 - SHIPMENT
After packing is completed according to the customer needs we deliver the merchandise: Legalised with appropriate documents Fully tested for your consumer's safety Fully compliant with all regulations and registration criteria.
